Last Monday, 30 January, Marcelino García Toral was the guest chosen by the Guipuzcoan Coaches Committee to open the 2023 Update Conference Cycle. The Spaniard analyzed the “Incidence of the rival team in our system” at the University of Deusto. The former Athletic coach dedicated the first few minutes to talking about his professional career, as well as the importance and meaning that football has in his life, and ended by giving instructions on the board about the different game systems depending on the rival.
In addition, to end the talk, the coaches and students had the opportunity to interact with the protagonist by asking him different questions about the game system.
The committee wanted to thank the Asturian coach for his presence, always willing to share knowledge with other colleagues. The Villaviciosa coach was also delighted through social media.
